About Us

Locanda La Comacina - Comacchio

Our mission? Hospitality!

Ours is a family history that began in 1977

Year in which our Papà Filippo with mam Rosa opened La Barcaccia, our first trattoria located in the historic center of Comacchio, where we still offer typical Comacchio cuisine. Our reality è then expanded in 2005 when Massimo and Francesco  opened La Comacina, an inn where you can enjoy gastronomic delicacies and stay in one of our 14 rooms, equipped with all the comforts you need. A place where you can breathe the magical atmosphere of “little Venice”. In 2018 Panama Beach was born, a bathing establishment designed to give you moments of relaxation, carefreeness and good food.
The heart of hospitality is the same, because the welcome and affability of our Family and home is made by people, not only by the family itself but all our collaborators.
We want our motto to be:

It all stemmed from a photo

From the photo the’idea and from this the project, or rather the dream; that of restoring this corner of old Comacchio to its dignity lost over the years, to the charm of when the canal was ploughed by the many boats, the "Comacine" precisely.

Typical boats that transported salt from the Palazzo delle Saline located opposite, along the trade routes.
